Ciy Mooring Field Permit, CGSC is now a NO Mooring Area Options

There are no moorings to be installed in the CGSC field under the City's permit, but while areas 1 and 2 are not mentioned, area 6 (the CGSC field) is specifically a "NO (their capitals) Mooring" area.

The meaning of this is ambiguous as far as whether the CGSC moorings will be allowed to remain in place.

Regardless, I'd think of area 6 as target #2. If these moorings go in as planned (whether we shoudl have moorings at all or not is a different debate. Do you like the City's plan and process?), it's a matter of time before the CGSC field is replaced by City-run moorings.
